jill and i are (trying to be) poetry marines. we are in poetry boot camp. we are going in together and coming out alive. we will leave no poet pal behind.
OK. enough of the high drama. (but i’ll use it again if i need to.) what we are really doing is writing together every exercise in the poet companion by kim addonizio and dorriane laux.
